Promotion Terms and Conditions - Promoters right of removal
At AussieCompers we list competitions from all over Australia and overseas. To ensure that members have the correct information we/the members supply the information required to enter a competition along with the full terms and conditions. At all times where it is possible we also supply a link to the terms and conditions. We consider this to be of importance to ensure that members are actually reading the terms and conditions and adhering to them. We can also highlight to members things like maximum amount of entries, age limits etc that they would otherwise not notice. We are aware that many people do not read terms and conditions properly before entering and we prefer to emphasise the importance of adhering to the terms. It also opens discussion between members to clarify anything they do not understand.

AussieCompers do not actually RUN the competitions - we merely provide the forum so we and members can tell other members about what competitions are running all over Australia. Competitions are listed with full details on how to enter, where to enter, closing dates, restrictions etc. This ensures that all members are entering a competition knowing the full details.

Although we would find it highly unlikely that any promoter would object to their competition being promoted for free, if you do object to having the full terms and conditions posted in the forums along with a link to your promotion and terms then please contact us with the relevant information and we will organise to have it removed from the site. Once we remove it from the site we will also notify members that removal was requested.
